Super Hotel Yamaguchi Yuda Onsen

This hotel was very clean. The breakfast was excellent with a large variety of tasty and healthy food. The staff were very hospitable and helpful. The onsen was relaxing.

The rooms were cramped, but they were a typical size for Japan. We didn’t spend a lot of time in our room, so it didn’t matter much.

Well located with excellent, wonderful and attentive staff. Very clean room, although very compact. The breakfast buffet, coffees and evening open bar exceeded what I had expected. Loved the amenities bar for toiletries. Good water pressure in the showers and we loved the black out shades.

The rooms were VERY small. shockingly small by American standards. The bathroom were extremely small, although very clean.

The onsen was very good, the common areas were inviting and functional, happy hour was great and they provided a good breakfast. Parking was near by and reasonably priced.

The one downside of our stay was the room, it was tiny and the bath was so cramped it was difficult to turn around, plus it was up one very large step up. Tub and sink were serviced bye a single faucet.

The breakfast was good, with some western and some Japanese choices, they had a community welcoming drinks set up from 1800 hrs. to 2100 hrs. there were restaurants nearby and it was about a 10 min walk from Yuda Onsen station.

We only used the hotel as a stop over - it was a nice hotel fairly close to the station and restaurant (there is a restaurant with a robot waiter a few doors down). It was clean, had its own onsen and provided free drinks in the evening.

The long pillow on the bed - for some reason it wasn’t comfortable but you can choose other pillows in the reception if you want to change pillows.

Situated in the heart of Yudaonsen town. There is endless food option available around the hotel.

Hotel provides only 1 pillow. If you would like to have extra pillow, you need to head down to level 1. At the same time, there are only about 40 pillows (20 male, 20 female) that is available.

great staff, efficient and kind. excellent breakfast, free drinks in the evening most welcome. comfortable beds, not luxury hotel but more than competent - would look forward to another stay.

it’s a little far to walk from yuda onsen train station ( not their fault). onsen very welcome, could be hotter temperature and open longer hours. travel hint- if coming from yamaguchi shin train station, take the local bus, stop is much closer to hotel than the yuda onsen train station itself- local . bus is also good to travel to yamaguchi, (and covered by jr pass.)

Lovely staff and great hotel. The room was pretty spacious by Japanese "business" hotel standards. Really loved the strong, hot shower. Breakfast was also reasonable.

One elevator to the floors means it can be a bit slow.

The breakfast was good, healthy, and basic. the staff were very helpful and attentive, there were very good restaurants just a very short walk away, the JR train station is about 1 kl away, buses run quite frequently, and the bus stop is 120 mtr walk. I loved the daily onsen.

I had a single room, which was adequate for myself, I just feel that maybe a slightly smaller bed in the room would allow a bit more room. particularly when a person travelling from overseas has a bigger piece of luggage. but for me it was fine.

Nice, new, modern hotel. Good breakfast buffet with Japanese and western food. Spacious lobby with free happy hour drinks. Onsen on site. Walking distance from the train station.
